Cooking (2 servings):
1. Wash potatoes, boil in their skins. Grate and mix with 1 tbsp mayonnaise
2. Half of the salmon cut into small cubes. Slice the remaining half of the fish and leave to decorate the top of the salad.
3. Boil the eggs, yolks separated from whites. Whites grate. Yolks left for decoration.
4. Peel avocado, mash with a fork to puree, sprinkle with lemon juice. Garlic press to squeeze through.Add 0.5 tbsp mayonnaise and garlic to avocado.
5. Peel apples and seeds. Grate, sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix the apple with a 0.5 tbsp mayonnaise.
