Preparation:
1.Take sea bass, clean it, wash, salt and pepper inside and out, oiled.
2. Wash cherry tomatoes, cut in half.
3. On the parchment paper lay the fish on top and arrange the tomatoes capers, put a couple of fish inside. Drizzle with oil. The paper folded in an envelope and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Bon appetit!
