Preparation:
1. Chicken cut into small pieces, you can make strips.
2. In a small bowl, mix crumbs and sesame (I used dark sesame)
3. Roll the fillets in breadcrumbs and sesame seeds. Fry on all sides of chicken pieces in vegetable oil in a frying pan until golden brown.
4. Preparing the sauce: In small saucepan heat the cream, add blue cheese and cook for 3-4 minutes until cheese is melted.
5. Serve fillets with sauce. Bon Appetit!
